went shilan's hse for baking...but before tt, we went sembawang n woodlands to get our ingredients...were quite tired when we finally reached her place...haha, we tried baking egg tarts, cheesecake, oreo cheesecake n kiwi n peach chiffon cake...quite ambitious...me n yilin did the oreo one n yimin n shilan did the cheese one...haha, doing the crust look like we r paving cement(oreo) n sand(digestive biscuits) haha...n yilin n me even tried to pave the cement wall but in the end, the wall wasnt much of use cos our filling was too thin...haha n even the crust at the bottom din really stick to the filling...to think we spent so much time on the crust...but on the whole its still not bad tasting...the cheesecake turned out the best i think...though its oso very thin, haha...the chiffon was the worst....hahaha, it actually became like huat kueh( those kind of cakes used for offerings, breaks in the center when bake)...haha, it breaks abit in the center n sink again when cooled, werid...taste ok but the texture is really weird...more like kueh n not cake...haizz...the egg tarts was not bad oso...to not waste the kiwi, peach n whipped cream initially for the chiffon cake, we make fruit tarts haha...overdose of sweet things...brought some home for my bros, have rather good comments, haha they din see how our chiffon cake fail n the crust of the egg tart began too hard,too soft...n shilan's ah ma very cute...she kept wanting to help out...den she realised she burnt 3 holes in her shirt...haha very funny...

got reminded of some things tt i said very long time ago when chatting wif liwei las night...haha, some nonsense stuff bout the bananachocolate shop thingy n....
