Annual Countdown party 20082009

New year's eve was spent with the annual countdown gang, haha
I think this is ald the fifth year


Partyworld at Liang Court.
The staff did some mistake in the booking and insisted that we take the bigger room, means having to pay more.
But thanks to juliet showing her 'bu shuang-ness, we got a bigger room and had the cover charge waived, ended up paying lesser than expected, lol.


The guys. Somehow i find them much more lively this year, haha.
We have someone new joining us this year, bigf's 'spores', yisian.
Actually not spores, they are colleagues. And yisian is my coursemate, a rather familiar one. Haha.

If you are wondering what spores is...
Spores = spouse = partner/gf/bf

I think it started off as a comment that my spores made about juliet bday party. And during the party, somebody made a joke about ham having spores instead of spouse? lol...

Paired up to sing duets. Pairs decided by throwing dices.

I did the number '9' and every time i went back to the seat after setting the timer, i forgot how to do the '9'. *Shouts to big f, how? how? which direction? lol!

Ended the k-ing session at 11pm. First one i mean, haha.

We waited for 12am, hoping to see firworks, but only manage to see them through the reflections of the hotel windows on the opposite side. Duh! We happened to be at the wrong side of the river, Central blocked our view. =_=

Walked to chinatown from Clarke Quay. The cny stalls were not open yet.

We had porridge for supper.

We din have anywhere to go, so we went up the building where kbox is to see see. haha

And when we were standing outside to see see, the kbox staff approached us.

They offered a 3 person package for us to share, which was quite a good deal.

But we waited quite a bit til 3am.

They gave us party masks and stuffs. I like the yellow small hands, cute and can make noise.
