Steel teeth no more

Removed my braces this morning, no more steel teeth.
Like soooo finally, after 2 and a half year plus. blah.
After changing 3 dentists, zzz (cos the previous 2 left NDC) =_=.
Finally.
Now i cldnt resist brushing my tongue against my teeth every now and then, haha, really smooth!

The removing part was alright for me, no violent tugging at the molars like what br experienced.
And then it was xray. Nothing much.
Washing, not too nice, but the dentist was interesting. haha

A tall lady with those korean type of geeky spects, deep muffled voice, i like. And she was humming to herself at times, quite comforting i feel. haha. Told me shes gonna be abit violent when scaling, commented on my cute shirt, commented that my mouth is really small. haha.

Most importantly, she pointed out to me that i should floss my teeth regularly. Ah! so thats the reason why i have weak gums, i dun floss. Dirt got stuck in between my teeth and cause the gums to be puffy and red and bleed. Haha, all the while i thought my gums bleed cos the braces was tight. I dun floss cos i was lazy and with braces, its even more difficult. hahaha. And i was worried that by flossing, i will widen the gaps between teeth, she says thats not true. haha. So people, it is a must floss regularly!

When she finally took down her surgical mask, i thought that was a pretty face. haha, symmetrical and resembles those pretty korean ladies. I really like her voice.

Then, it was photo taking. I fear the long mirror the most, had a really horrible experience when taking photo just before putting on braces years ago. Vividly remember the dentist forcefully shoving that stupid mirror into my mouth, causing the sides of my mouth to crack after that. Pain, yucks. Today, when the 2 malay girls tried pushing the mirror into my mouth again, i started making noise, hahaha. They eventually went to find a smaller size mirror for me! hohoho.

Now, im 500 bucks poorer! Ah

Oh yea, i choose to have a plastic retainer, hehe.
